Kebler Pass/Autumn

Title:
Kebler Pass/Autumn
Location:
,
I've been over this most beautiful of county roads many times through the years, but this was the best I had ever seen it in autumn. As you can see, there's a group of red aspens below the formation called the Dike that complement greens and yellows. Aspens grow in families connected by their roots, and each family is genetically distinct from every other. Therefore, some aspens are still green while others have already turned yellow, and some even turn red each autumn.
